Rick Maple

Scott Hartis

Prior to getting his general contractors license and building homes in the Charlotte/Lake Norman area for the past twenty-three years, for fifteen years Rick was a project manager for a major commercial general contractor in North Carolina. He has both the experience and knowledge to build a custom home that you and your family will absolutely love. Plus, if you’ve built a home before and asked your builder for plan changes, you probably know how difficult this can be. At most traditional builders, this can be a hassle and cost you additional money. La Vista Builders is different. Since Rick has thirty-five plus years of experience with CAD design, we make this process a lot easier and usually at no additional cost. "So ask yourself, would you prefer to have someone with just a few years of experience to build your dream home, or a seasoned contractor that has built hundreds of homes over the past twenty plus year?

Scott Hartis

Since we know that building a home can come with some stress and we’ve got a veteran of new construction sales and real estate to help ease the process of building. Scott Hartis’ dad was a builder, so he grew up around construction and started his professional real estate career by working for two different national homebuilders.

He has seven years in specific new construction sales and twenty three total years of real estate sales. Scott works as our and your partner in finding available homesites to build (if you don’t already have a homesite), helping guide you through the building process, and also ours and your partner with our trade-in/trade-up program.
