Rick Maple

Prior to getting his general contractors license and building homes in the Charlotte/Lake Norman area for the past twenty-four years, for fifteen years Rick was a project manager for a major commercial general contractor in Greensboro North Carolina. He has both the experience and knowledge to design and build a custom home that you and your family will absolutely love. Since he has thirty-five plus years of experience with CAD design, we make the entire process a lot easier from the design of your custom dream home to your move-in day. Plus, if you’ve built a home before and asked your builder for plan changes, you probably know how difficult this can be. At most traditional builders, this can be a hassle and cost you additional money. Wesley Addison Coastal Construction is different. When we design your home, we will typically make design changes at no additional cost. "So ask yourself, would you prefer to have someone with just a few years of experience to build your dream home, or a seasoned contractor that has designed and built hundreds of homes over the past twenty plus year?

Jenny is a seasoned realtor with The Saltwater Agency, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep passion for assisting individuals in finding their dream coastal homes. Born and raised in North Carolina, Jenny has a genuine love for the beauty and tranquility of the coast, a sentiment that has only deepened since her relocation to the beach 4 years ago.

Before embarking on her real estate journey, she dedicated an impressive 29 years to the field of special education, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others. Her transition from teaching to real estate seamlessly reflects her unwavering dedication to helping people in various aspects of life.

When she's not assisting clients in finding their ideal coastal properties, she indulges in her love for reading and spending leisurely hours on the beach. Her firsthand experience as a property owner in both North Carolina and South Carolina allows her to offer valuable insights into the intricacies of coastal living.
